Her career started as an SMI case manager and has since shifted into business development working in various facilities such as level 1 psychiatric hospitals and integrated healthcare outpatient centers. We wish to recognize Caitlyn Lent, LSW, MSW as our Leader of the Quarter! Caitlyn serves our patients and communities as the Director of Clinical Services for our NeuroBehavioral Hospital of Crown Point location. Caitlyn joined Neuro Behavioral Hospital in July 2018 as the Director of Clinical Services and is one of the longest-tenured leaders with NBH. Caitlyn has been a consistent presence at the facility throughout the years. Caitlyn has done a great job creating a team of social workers and interns who want to improve our patient’s mental health. Her department is also invested in the Crown Point community, recently hosting a shoe drive to benefit the patients. She is a team player, assisting with training new employees across the company and providing regulatory expertise to caregivers. Real dedication and loyalty are rare and we cannot express our gratitude to you enough for your years of service!

We would like to recognize Margo Leabo, LPN as our Leader of the Quarter! Margo serves our patients and communities as the Director of Business Development for our NeuroBehavioral Hospital of Crown Point location. Margo is one of NBH’s most tenured staff and goes above and beyond helping our residents communicate with referral sources and assisting in finding placement for residents in need. Margo supports every hospital department and is willing to lend a hand with any project. She has been instrumental in working with HR to drive staff engagement throughout the hospital and always has a fun game for the team to learn and win prizes. She recently brought Santa Claus into the facility to meet and greet the residents and take photos with staff. We are privileged to have Margo as part of the NBH Team!
