The event is free and open to the public. Participants must simply bring a clean, gently-used costume to exchange for another great costume. Costumes should be in good condition without tears or stains. Hundreds of quality new and used costumes are available in sizes ranging from infant to adult, so bring the whole family to participate in this event!
