Now, it's time to put it to use! First, we will discuss how to start your own compost pile and the process behind the decomposition. After our discussion, we will be planting fruit and nut trees at the park with the compost that Franklin residents helped create! The Garbage to Garden Project is coming to Whiteland and Greenwood this fall! This free, weekly, curbside compost pick up service will run from September 22nd to November 3rd.
