The Healing Path ‘Stretch & Restore’ Workshops are customized yoga sessions for those who have experienced grief. The workshops provide breathing techniques, and restorative and relaxation techniques. These yoga sessions focus on a simple, effective practice that delivers relaxation. This gentle yoga will accommodate any fitness level. Learn the basic techniques while seated. Previous yoga experience is not required. Chairs will be used during the class. Wear comfortable/loose clothing All Healing Path Workshops will take place at Dyes Walk Country Club, 2080 S State Rd 135, Greenwood, IN 46143.
