Do you know people that would be great public leaders? Would you like to know more about how to get involved in the political arena? The Greater Greenwood Chamber is sponsoring Leadership Johnson County’s "Engagement in Public Office" workshop, a one-day seminar designed to help those interested in becoming involved in politics learn how the process works. You do not need to be a declared candidate – or even have definite plans on running – to attend. If you have been dismayed at the current state of politics, attend to learn for future consideration or to help someone else run.
