State Road 135 Suite I Greenwood, IN 46142 Phone: 317-893-2871 Event Description: Self-Defense Class by WIN FIT. The class includes a Mindset/Situational Awareness Presentation. This is the most important part of self-defense it's known as "Self-Offense." Self-Offense teaches you the proper mindset to avoid getting into a situation and keep you from being a "soft target." This class is instructed by a female and includes a male law enforcement officer as the "Bad Guy." There will be some contact in this class between you and our bad guy as well as a partner. Please dress in comfortable clothing, bring water and plan to learn a lot to keep you safe! Upon completion of this class you will receive a Certificate of Training and a FREE personal weapon key chain. In addition, you will be qualified to complete the advanced class "Improvised Weapons" and future trainings. Directions: The Pointe on the Southeast corner of County Line Road and State Road 135.
