| Duties | Essential Functions
~ Develop sales action plans for top prospective companies
~ Prospect in person and via the phone to gain new relationships
~ Ability to establish professional contacts with decision makers at a high level
~ Utilize proven and established marketing tools
~ Present effective presentations and proposals to prospects
~ Ability to access the clients needs and present the right product
~ Maintain current established clients with total client care services
~ Work with the inside sales team to effectively meet clients overall employment needs
~ Establish detailed job order requirements with the client
~ Work with clients to develop talent and training solutions for their leaders
~ Provide human resource tools to assist our client companies
~ Special event planning and coordination
~ Develop and maintain recruiting sources
~ Network in local community to develop great community relations
~ Work with entire team to provide excellent overall customer experience |
| Experience Required | Job Requirements
~ 4 year College Degree or equivalent professional experience
~ 1-3 years of proven success in sales or marketing is desired
~ Experience in the employment or staffing industry is not required
~ Strong computer skills that include: MS Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook
~ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
~ Professional appearance and approach with associates and clients
~ Excellent organization skills
~ Ability to multi-task & change gears often
~ Goal oriented with sense of urgency mindset |
